whats the problem?
use ibus interface from rolf resler or ac services.
you can use pibus also.
or last one an arduino with mcp2025 chip and some electronic components.
raspbian, osmc or libreelec should work. prefer osmc.
after install it is easy to config the addon in kodi addon dialog for aux.

with ibc you can use the ntsc green cable instead of gpio7.
