i have the pi model b+ v1.2

i write the rascontrol v1.9 i hook it to tv, nothing show up, and the rpi green light not lighting its seemes not booting rascontrol v1.9 i hook it to tv, nothing show up, and the rpi green light not lighting its seemes not booting
